How Would This Work?

It's easy to set up and use an online GSGI corporate subscription.

First, determine how many people in your company might use The Good Schools Guide International.

You may want to make it available to just the people you plan to send abroad, or you might want all employees to see the support for families just to entice them to consider it one day.

Each employee (and family) counts as a “user”.

We will create an account for your company.

This account will be set up for the number of people you have requested and priced accordingly.

At that point you can also tell us if you want any employees to have an allowance to use our personal advisory service.*

We will give you a company code to be used on our website.

You issue the company code  to any employee who wants to go to the site. (We can give you a prepared announcement to send out or advertise in the company newsletter.)

Each employee goes to www.gsgi.co.uk/create_account and chooses his own user name and password.

HR receives an automatically generated email message each time an employee registers.

This allows you to verify participation and, if desired, to enter an advisory allowance for that employee.

Each employee is then allowed access to the site, as well as to the GSGI advisors.

The GSGI will keep a count of all your company’s users (and will let you know your level of usage at any given point in the year).

Employees without company budget approval for the advisory services can still use them through the company subscription, but will be billed individually.

*The company may want to offer the GSGI personal advisory service to specific employees.

There is an opportunity to predetermine employee access and budget levels when setting up a corporate account.

GSGI email then goes to employee informing him of allowance.
